  • Payment is required in full at the time of consultation [cash, cheque, Eftpos, Visa, Mastercard, Amex]

  • InSync has a Late Cancellation & Failure to Attend Policy – see below for details

  • Pre-paid Pilates and Cardio sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable. The sessions will expire at 4 months for 10 pre-paid sessions and at 7 months for 20 pre-paid sessions

  • Outstanding accounts are referred to an external Collection Agency

 

Late Cancellation & Failure To Attend Policy

We understand that unplanned issues can arise and you may need to cancel an appointment.  There is an ever-increasing demand to see our health professionals, who want to be available for your needs and the needs of all clients.  No-shows, late-comers and late cancellations impact greatly on our ability to provide a high quality service, by taking away an available spot for others, or by interrupting the smooth running of the practice.

We respectfully ask that appointments be cancelled at least 24 hours in advanced.  Notification must be made via phone call only. At the time of cancellation we will reschedule your appointment to the next earliest convenient time where possible to avoid delays in your treatment and recovery.  

If you are running late, please give us as much notice as possible. We will attempt to accommodate you, however, if there is a client booked immediately after you, your appointment may understandably be cut short.  

Where you fail to keep your appointment or do not show for a scheduled appointment, and have not given adequate notice of your intention to cancel, it is reasonable that we charge a cancellation fee. Consideration will be given for unavoidable circumstances.

The following late cancellation and failure to attend policy applies to all InSync clients:

  1. When making an appointment at InSync the client understands and is aware of this policy in the event the need to cancel or change an appointment arises.

  2. By signing the ‘New Client Form’, all clients agree to and understand the Cancellation and Failure to Attend Policy.

  3. This policy applies from the time the initial appointment is made. SMS reminders are a courtesy service to confirm the scheduled appointment or any adjustments if needed prior to the consultation.

  4. Any appointment that is cancelled within the 24 hour time period will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the consultation fee. This fee is not covered by compensable bodies and must be paid by the client. 

  5. Late cancellation fees must be paid within a week of the cancelled appointment or at the time of the rescheduled appointment.

  6. Failure to attend an appointment will also incur the full amount of the consultation fee.

  7. ‘Failure to attend’ fees must be paid within a week of the missed appointment and before making a future appointment.
