Physiotherapy

What is Physiotherapy?

“Physiotherapy is a healthcare profession that assesses, diagnoses, treats, and works to prevent disease and disability through physical means. Physiotherapists are experts in movement and function who work in partnership with their patients, assisting them to overcome movement disorders, which may have been present from birth, acquired through accident or injury, or are the result of ageing or life-changing events.” – Australian Physiotherapy Association

Physiotherapy at InSync:

At InSync, our team of experienced physiotherapists are dedicated to your well-being. Many have gained post-graduate qualifications and all regularly attend on-going education to enable them to apply the most up-to-date techniques.

Our physiotherapists perform detailed assessments of a diverse range of conditions, including injuries arising from sporting activities, occupational pursuits and general activities of daily living. Treatments are then specifically tailored to match each client’s particular needs.

Our aim is that clients are empowered to manage their own well-being once treatment is completed, so home exercise programs may be designed for each client to enhance performance and prevent injuries.
