Harriet Cattle B. Exercise and Sports Science
Harriet holds a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science from Swinburne University, graduating in 2023. With 19 years of classical ballet training and a career as a freelance professional ballet dancer, her unique background has deeply influenced her approach to strength and conditioning and understanding of the body.
Her passion for functional training and performance development grew from her own experience balancing elite movement demands, physical resilience and injury prevention. Harriet focuses on helping clients achieve their personal goals through tailored programs that build strength, control, and pain-free long-term functionality.
Harriet was recently accepted into a Master of Exercise Physiology at Deakin and ACU University but has chosen to defer her studies to gain hands-on industry experience and further establish her coaching style.
No matter what your goals are, Harriet brings energy, empathy, and a positive mindset to every session.
