Exercise Physiology at InSync:

InSync provides fully supervised private or group exercise physiology sessions that run for 45-60 minutes. The AEP will conduct a comprehensive health assessment identifying key health areas where exercise physiology can be utilised. To ensure a safe and effective program is administered the AEP will take into account the client’s medical history, physical capability, the client’s beliefs about exercise and how it can best suit their condition and lifestyle. The client’s clinical and fitness goals will be outlined, allowing their health achievements to be recorded and goals to be modified as necessary. The program will be focused on individual clinical needs and where relevant medical information will be reported back to their general practitioner.

Exercise physiology services are eligible for rebates from various private health funds, Medicare, WorkCover, Transport Accident Commission (TAC), Veterans affair (DVA) and National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
