Meet The Team
Grace developed a love of anatomy and kinesiology at a young age as she began working in a physiotherapy clinic at 15. Inspired by the work she was seeing, she completed her Bachelor of Applied Science and Master of Physiotherapy Practice in 2018. Throughout her degree, Grace worked as a physio assistant and got to see how physiotherapists make their treatment decisions and how they successfully treat clients. This was invaluable to her learning and has had a significant impact in how she treats clients today.
Grace was also involved in a local football club for 4 years and was the Senior Trainer for 3 of those years. She treated all injuries which occurred on game days as well as carried out rehabilitation protocol during training sessions. Grace loves the atmosphere of sporting clubs and has a passion for sports physiotherapy and is delighted to be working with the South Yarra Football and Netball Club this year. She was also the recipient of Sports Trainer of the Year in 2017 for her successfully resuscitating a player who had a heart attack on the field.
An experienced dancer until her mid teens, Grace mastered ballet, pointe work, jazz, contemporary, tap and character. Having an understanding of the physical demands and pressures of a dancer, combine with her physio experience, will enable Grace to very competently service InSync’s dance clients.
Grace is a certified GLA:D practitioner and loves seeing the difference this program can make to her clients. She is very passionate about empowering clients to take charge of their condition and keeps up to date with all the latest research in osteoarthritis so that her clients can be best informed of what options they have.
In her spare time, Grace loves to paddle board and spend time at the beach with her family. She is an avid baker and is always the one her family turns to to make desserts for family gatherings.
